California Mid-State Fair organizers announce 2011 fair theme

There are 258 days left until the California Mid-State Fair, and organizers have announced the 2011 theme.
It's "Mountains of Fun!" This one was chosen from more than 100 entries submitted by local residents. The winner was going to be awarded with free fair passes, but this one was submitted anonymously.
Organizers say the theme was chosen to reflect a summer full of discovery on the High Sierras; complete with hiking, biking, rivers and campfires.
The 2011 California Mid-State Fair runs July 20, 2011 through July 31, 2011.
