Caltrans working on emergency project on Hwy 101

Caltrans crews are working on an emergency project to fix potholes on a portion of Highway 101 Tuesday afternoon.
Crews say to expect minor traffic on the northbound, number three lane (slow lane) of Hwy 101 from State Route 217 to Fairview Ave. in Goleta.
It's not known when crews will finish up that road work.
