The Five Cities Fire Authority says the driver that crashed a car into an Arroyo Grande home had only minor injuries after the crash.
It happened around 5:20 p.m. Saturday at a home on the 1100 block of Stonecrest Drive.
Firefighters received reports that a car had hit a home. They arrived at the scene and found that the driver of a car had accidentally driven over a parking block, crashed through a fence, and plunged several feet before hitting the outside of a home.
The Five Cities Fire Authority says it was a slow speed accident. They say the driver was able to climb to the back seat and get out of the car through the rear door. The front doors were blocked by the fence.
The home had some damage to a bathroom. No one was in the bathroom when the accident happened.
