The cause of death has been determined for the San Luis Obispo man involved in a solo vehicle accident in November. Justin Spisak, 21, died from blunt force trauma to the head. Toxicology reports indicate a significant condition contributing to the death was multi-drug toxicity, according to a spokesperson for the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff-Coroner's Department.

Spisak rolled his truck on Nov. 27, 2009. He was driving on El Camino Real, just south of Atascadero. Spisak refused medical treatment at scene of the accident, but died at his home the next day, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The toxicology reports show Spisak had numerous drugs in his system, including benzodiazepines, methadone, trazadone, and valproic acid.
