Cause of fatal fire in MB under investigation

A senior woman died Monday night in a fire at a Morro Bay mobile home park.
Cal Fire says it happened in the Rancho Colina Mobile Home Park in the 1000 block of Atascadero Road.
The victim was a senior woman who lived with her cat and dog.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, but thanks to the quick action of her neighbors flames were contained to the one RV and the woman's animals survived.
Witnesses say the fire appeared to be centered in the kitchen area of the RV.
The cause is under investigation.
The woman's name will not be released, until her family is notified.
