One central coast man and his dogs are heading to Boston to help people recuperate after Monday's marathon bombings.
Daniel Sievert and his golden retrievers are hoping to give those who were affected by the bombings a *new* outlook on life, with some comfort from *man's best friend*.
Sievert says just a few minutes after the explosions; he was inspired to take his dogs to Boston.
And his inspiration stems from his own animal therapy following an explosive burn he survived years ago.
"Because of my circumstances in the past and Jake and Emerson's demeanor of visiting people, I thought, let's go to Boston and see if we can make a difference," said Sievert.
Sievert says he wants to talk to people about hope and life after the marathon bombings.
