Central Coast Rescue Mission receives grant

The Central Coast Rescue Mission in Santa Maria has some more money to continue its programs.

The Wood-Claeyssen's Foundation awarded the mission $40,000 to support the meals outreach, residential substance abuse, and food pantry programs.

The Wood-Claeyssen's Foundation has provided $185,000 in grant funding to the Rescue Mission over the years.

It supports numerous other service organizations in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
