Central Coast Seafood merges with Southern California company

Central Coast Seafood Company is under new ownership.
Santa Monica Seafood announced its acquisition of the Atascadero-based company today.
Central Coast Seafood distributes fresh and frozen seafood.
It's been family owned and operated since 1973.
The company's president says business will continue as usual and employees will not be affected.
