Local realtors are helping women who are looking to find a job dress for success.

The Central Coast Suit Drive kicked off Tuesday with a special party in Pismo Beach, and organizers need your help. They're hoping to collect new or gently used suits or other professional attire this week.

All donations will go to help the national non-profit organization, "Dress for Success." It offers clothing, as well as resume and job coaching to women who have run into tough times and who are trying to enter the workforce. "They provide these women with one nice outfit to go out and interview in, so they have the confidence to get that job. Once they get that job, they're given five more outfits, so what a wonderful thing," said Realtor and Event Chair, Tamara Burnes.

You can drop off donations this week at First American Title in Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo, Prudential California Realty in Arroyo Grande, and RE/MAX Magic Central Coast in Pismo Beach.

Fantastic idea! Great incentive to let go of suits I no longer need especially if I know it'll go to a less fortunate woman to help her find employment...two thumbs up!  I'll donate this week!
