Central Coast winds will subside later this evening

A wind advisory remains in effect until 9 PM this evening for the Central Coast.
Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph will continue through this evening. Strongest winds will be near Vandenberg.
Gusty winds will make driving hazardous especially for high profile vehicles.
A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph or greater are expected.
