The California Highway Patrol - Santa Maria has identified the registered owner of the burned Chevrolet Corvette that was found a day after a fatal hit-and-run in Nipomo.
Fabian Alexander was killed early in the morning on May 13th, while walking across the off-ramp of Highway 101 North at the 166 East exit in Nipomo.
CHP Investigators are working with Chevrolet to see if the burned car is connected with the hit-and-run.
