CHP lieutenant to be arraigned on DUI charge

The California Highway Patrol lieutenant accused of driving drunk early this year heads to court Wednesday.
49-year-old Martin Whited is expected to be arraigned. The San Luis Obispo county District Attorney's office filed misdemeanor DUI charges against Whited in October, for allegedly driving drunk near Templeton back in March.
