CHP on scene of fatal accident on Hwy. 101 north of Hwy. 154

California Highway Patrol are on scene of a fatal accident on Highway 101 north of Hwy. 154.
They say the call came in around 4:40 Monday morning. CHP says the vehicle is off of the roadway on the southbound side of the highway.
