The damp weather is not expected to stop people from lining the streets outside of the Arlington Theater for the fourth night of the 26th annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival.

Director Christopher Nolan will receive the prestigious Modern Master Award Sunday night, which is the festival's highest honor. Nolan is well-known for movies like "Inception," "Batman Begins," and "memento."

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio will also be a special guest at Sunday night's presentation.
