Tonight, we're taking a look at the controversial Proposition 16. It would require a 2/3 vote from the public before any city could enter the power business.
PG&E is the primary driving force behind the proposition and has spent millions of dollars in advertising compared with the tens of thousands spent by its opponents.
We'll show you one local city already in the power business and show you how others are coming out against the proposition. KSBY News reporter Ariel Wesler will have more on this story tonight at 5 and 6.
