City of Morro Bay appoints Interim City Attorney

The City of Morro Bay has appointed an Interim City Attorney.

On Friday, the City announced Anne Russell will serve as Interim City Attorney.

She used to work at the San Luis Obispo law firm, Diehl & Rodenwald. Russell has over 30 years of experience in public entity law, real estate, land use, contracts, construction, and environmental law.

The City says hiring Russell will help City business carry on as normal until they've secured a more permanent counsel.
