Cody Miller, one of the people involved in the murder of Dystiny Myers, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
On Tuesday, Miller said he would not testify against Frank York Rhonda Wisto, who are currently on trial for Myers murder.
Miller's lawyer says Miller wanted life in prison. In court on Tuesday, Miller said he doesn't deserve forgiveness.
