Colder air remains in place today across the central and south coast. A weak front moved through the area this morning producing numerous rain showers. The frontal boundary has now moved to the south effectively ending our chance of rain. Cool temperatures and gusty winds will prevail for the rest the day. Wind advisories have been issued for southern Santa Barbara County as well as the surrounding mountains. Look for sustained winds this afternoon around 35mph with higher gusts. Most areas will see highs right around 60 degrees.

Tomorrow will see a dramatic change in the weather with less wind, more sunshine and warmer temperatures. Highs will climb to the mid to upper 60s in most areas. Look for the sunshine to continue for the rest of the week. We do have some clouds moving back in on Saturday.
