Get ready for the cool down, NW winds will be picking up 15-25mph and will be with us into Thursday night.

Some scattered showers will also be around from Wednesday PM through Thursday, but any amounts would be very light and many will see no rain at all.

The cold air blast will be the most noticeable element. While Thursday morning's lows will be in the mid 30s and 40s near the coast, Friday and Saturday's lows will be in the lower 30s near the coast and drop to the 20s inland. In fact, low 20s will likely punctuate Saturday and Sunday morning in Paso Robles and north county.

The daytime highs also take a nosedive, low to mid 50s near the coast through the weekend with breezy conditions. Inland highs will be in the upper 40s and low 50s. A big drop seeing that we were in the 70s on Tuesday along the coast.

Not much change into early next week, temperature remain cool but it will be dry through at least mid-week.
