Cold morning lows give way to mild afternoon highs

Offshore winds and clear skies produced both cold overnight lows and above normal afternoon highs. The lows were only a degree or two off the records for places like Paso Robles, SLO, and Santa Maria. Normal coastal valley lows are in the mid 40s.
