Some interior sections will see sub-freezing temperatures both Wednesday morning and Thursday morning. Conditions will remain dry Wednesday into Thursday with another rain event Saturday.
Wind is the big issue early with some advisories not expiring until 9pm and even later for parts of Santa Barbara County (til 7am). winds 15-30mph with some gusts past 40mph until the advisories expire.
Highs on Wednesday look cool, only in the mid to upper 50s and low 60s due mostly to the cold start. Skies should be mostly clear however.
Rain Saturday could be significant .50" or greater, and now models are back to another rain chance on the morning of Christmas Eve.
