Collision involving vehicle and semi-truck, one person trapped

Crash involving car and semi-truck

The California Highway Patrol is on the scene of a collision involving a semi-truck and another vehicle on Highway 58 northeast of Santa Margarita at Shell Creek Road.

One person in trapped inside one of the vehicles.

According to the CHP, the crash happened just after 9:30 a.m. Friday. The roadway in both directions is currently blocked.

KSBY has a crew heading to the scene.
