A new study suggests aerobic and resistance training combined are the most effective ways for diabetics to control their blood sugar, rather than each individually.
The University of Vienna reviewed research on the exercises.
Researchers found the combined approach was the best at lowering A1C numbers, fasting glucose, blood pressure, and body fat.
However, experts say more studies are needed to confirm the results.
