In Arroyo Grande people were washing cars for a cause.
It was part of a car wash fundraiser at the Arroyo Grande Flower Shop benefiting Los Osos teenager Holly Navolt.
She has Cystic Fibrosis and in May she had a double lung transplant.
After suffering through three months of medical setbacks Holly was finally able to return home last weekend.
All of the money raised will go toward transplant-related expenses.
"We've had amazing support from the community and it's continued today," said Christine Navolt, Holly's stepmom. "I don't think we've had a single lapse in cars all day long since 9:00 this morning."
If you could not make it to the car wash there is still a way to help.
Just mention Holly Navolt's name at any Chase Bank to make a donation.
