Community invited to free Thanksgiving meal in Morro Bay

Folks in Morro Bay are preparing for the 12th annual Thanksgiving Dinner.

Each year, the Morro Bay Peace Officer's Association and Rotary Club of Morro Bay team up for their Thanksgiving dinner. Community members are always invited for the free feast.

Local boy scouts plan to serve up the goodies, and there will also be free musical entertainment.

The dinner begins at 1:00p.m. Thursday at the Morro Bay Community Center on Kennedy Way.
