The release of a third doctor's reports on Andrew Downs' mental competency is delayed until next week.
Thursday morning, a third doctor was expected to release his or her findings on the mental competency of Andrew Downs. He is the only suspect in a double homicide that happened back on Christmas Day in Santa Margarita.
Two doctors came back with mixed findings on whether the 20-year-old is competent to stand trial. Downs reportedly suffers from schizoprenia.
Thursday's court hearing has been delayed until the morning of Thursday, March 3rd.
