Compound in meat and energy drinks could be bad for your heart

A compound in meat and energy drinks may clog your arteries.
A new study out of the Cleveland Clinic looked at blood levels of the compound "Carnitine" in 2,500 meat-eating and vegan adults.
Researchers found the higher the levels of Carnitine, the higher the risk for heart problems and clogged arteries.
Some energy drinks contain more Carnitine than a Porterhouse Steak.
