The morning computer models are not only confirming the rain likely for next week but are also more optimistic about significant rain. Monday's rain could be from .25-1.00" with Wed-Friday rainfall not only very likely but also potentially very heavy with 1-4" possible near the coast with west and south facing slopes getting the most. There could be a little break on Thursday afternoon but Friday looks very active. This is a step up in intensity predicted by last night's model which had roughly the same timing but lower rain potential.
