Congresswoman Lois Capps to stop in Oceano

Congresswoman Lois Capps will take a tour of a home in Oceano Tuesday, to see how the Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding is being put to use.
The home is undergoing upgrades funded by the Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County's Weatherization Assistance Program.
The program helps residents save energy, and improve their way of life. It has received more than $500,000 in funding to help create energy efficiency related jobs.
