Congresswoman Lois Capps visits San Luis Obispo

Surviving the tough economic times. Congresswoman Lois Capps met with community and business leaders in San Luis Obispo today to discuss just that. The 23rd District Representative included a stop in San Luis Obispo as part of her, Economic Recovery Tour. The main topic of the day was the effort to get our national and local economies back on track. Congresswoman Capps says, "We have accomplished many things but we still have a great deal of work to do to restore confidence so that we can move our economy forward."
As part of her tour, the congresswoman heard from local business experts about what they believe needs to be done to get the economy back on it's feet.
After she wrapped up the meeting Congresswoman Capps took a tour of the newly renovated Wineman Hotel.
