Permanent repairs to cover a sulfur spring located in the parking lot of Paso Robles city hall could begin as early as mid-March.
The contract in the amount of 826-thousand dollars was awarded to MGE Underground at Tuesday night's city council meeting.
The sulphur spring erupted in the parking lot after the San Simeon earthquake struck in 2003.
