Cool start and mild afternoon ahead of Wednesday rain

KSBY's weather watchers reported widespread overnight lows in the 30s before a nice recovery into the 60s and low 70s in many locations.
Rainfall is expected Wednesday before dramatically cooler highs on Thursday only peaking in the 50s for most.
