Winds may gust up to 35 mph today but remain below advisory levels. A low pressure system will bring cool temperatures that are below normal, a deeper marine layer and partly cloudy skies through the weekend. Warmer temperatures can be expected Monday and Tuesday. However, high clouds are still expected Tuesday into Wednesday. High pressure and offshore flow will bring even warmer temperatures and drier conditions by Thursday, continuing through the end of the week.
