Good morning! We'll see the mercury top out several degrees lower than yesterday. A weak disturbance in the upper atmosphere is breaking down the high pressure that's kept us so warm and clear the last several days.
We're likely to see that cooling continue into Thursday, before another ridge of high pressure begins to build for the week, pushing warming air and clearing skies as it arrives.
Chances for rain on Thursday, look dismal at best. Depending on the direction of an upper level trough, we could see some scattered sprinkles in the mountains, but most other areas will likely miss any moisture.
