The high pressure system that has brought warm temperatures recently will move east on Sunday resulting in regional cooling through next week. Low clouds and dense fog will be more prevalent over the coastal areas. Then, an upper level trough will move over the west coast to bring a stronger cooling trend. The marine layer is expected to provide more coverage early next week. This is expected to decrease temperatures and afternoon highs are expected to cool by a few degrees each day.
