Thursday will be another cool day for the beaches and mild in the coastal valleys as marine layer will be in place, especially early. Onshore winds will push marine clouds up against the coast overnight.
Clearing away from the beaches is expected, slowly at the beaches. Daytime highs will be in the lower 60s at the beaches, coastal valleys in the 70s while the interior should still scrape out a mid to upper 80s day.
Friday looks a little warmer as onshore flow weakens a little. The interesting element to the forecast is a upper level low pressure system which settles into CA early next week for cooler than normal conditions, clouds and even a chance of showers on Monday PM.
