Coroner's Unit identifies one of two bodies found in tent in Los Padres National Forest

The San Luis Obispo County Coroner's Unit has identified one of the two bodies that was discovered in a tent in the Los Padres National Forest back in June.

Officers say Cynthia Miller, 59, from San Diego, was one of the victims. They believe the other person that died is her husband, Greg Miller, but they are still investigating. Sheriff's Deputies say the bodies were badly decomposed, which made it difficult to identify them. The Coroner's Unit used dental records to identify Cynthia Miller.

Investigators say the two people committed suicide and died of asphyxiation.

Detectives say no foul play was involved.

The bodies were found back on June 13th in a tent at the La Panza Campground.
