CPAP machine used to treat Sleep Apnea can help PTSD patients

New research shows using a CPAP machine can help people with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Specialists say the machine, used to treat Sleep Apnea, can actually improve episodes of nightmares in patients with PTSD.

There is another issue some patients face. Doctors have found PTSD patients sometimes have a hard time wearing the CPAP machine because the mask makes them feel like they're being smothered.
