Crews work to restore power to parts of building affected by fire

City fire officials say a handful of stores affected by a major blaze in San Luis Obispo could reopen as early as Friday.

The fire destroyed the Cabo San Luis Restaurant and severely damaged Kona's Deli early Wednesday morning.

Thursday, the entire shopping complex remained closed as crews work to restore power to the building.

Fire investigators have not released any new information on what may have caused the blaze.
