San Luis Obispo city fire investigators estimate damages from Wednesday morning's fire at Cabo San Luis restaurant to be more than $1 million.

Fire crews battled the blaze at the restaurant on the 900 blk. of Foothill Blvd. They say the restaurant is destroyed and several nearby businesses were damaged.

Investigators still aren't sure what caused the fire. The entire shopping center in which the fire sparked is closed as the investigation continues.
