Closing arguments wrapped up Friday in the jury trial for a 2009 home invasion that left one man dead in Morro Bay.

The case is now in the hands of the jury.

Luke Waite and Joshua Coleman are charged with felonies including pre-meditated murder and attempted murder.

Jason Graves, 22, was shot and killed after police say he and Waite, who was 19 at the time, forced their way into a Morro Bay home and tried to rob the people inside. When the victims fought back, a gun battle began. Waite also suffered a gun shot wound but survived.
