Death of Los Osos woman investigated as part of possible suicide pact

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a Los Osos woman as the result of a possible suicide pact, according to Commander Brian Hascall.
Gewynn Taylor, 81, was found dead in a vehicle in Montana De Oro State Park Monday night. Her husband, George Taylor, 86, was treated for non life-threatening injuries and arrested on suspicion of homicide. An autopsy on Gewynn Taylor will be conducted on Thursday.
According to a good friend of the Taylors, the couple has lived in the area for more than 30 years. The friend says George is a retired firefighter.
