Debbie Arnold takes SLO 5th district supervisor seat

The District 5 Supervisor race in San Luis Obispo County goes to challenger Debbie Arnold.
It was one of San Luis Obispo's tightest races, and incumbent Jim Patterson was defeated by a slim margin by challenger Debbie Arnold.
With 100% of the precincts reporting, Arnold got 55% of the vote to Patterson's 44%.
