We could soon find out whether the San Miguel man accused of fatally shooting his wife will be put on trial.
The preliminary hearing for 24-year-old John Norris wrapped up Wednesday. Friday, he could find out if there is enough evidence for the case to move to a jury trial.
Norris is charged with involuntary manslaughter and possession of an illegal firearm related to the July death of his wife, Tasha.
Norris maintains the shooting was an accident.
