(WPTZ) An upstate New York property has one bedroom, one bath...and it's also good for nuclear fallout.
A once-working nuclear missile silo is what Alexander Michael calls home.
Decommissioned in 1960, the historic relic is nestled deep in the Adirondacks sitting on more than eight acres in Lewis, New York.
Warning signs and escape hatches are all intact. Clocks showing other time zones adorn the kitchen walls.
And now it's for sale.
It'll set you back $750,000, and there's a $375 viewing fee just to check it out.
The realtor handling the sale says the fee should weed out the simply curious and allow to focus on truly interested parties.
