DenMat moving from Santa Maria to Lompoc

DenMat announces move out of Santa Maria

One of Santa Maria's largest employers is moving operations to Lompoc.

DenMat, which makes dental products, announced the move on Wednesday.

The company expects to relocate 350 employees in the next six months.

In a statement, DenMat's CEO, Steve Semmelmayer, said, "Our current and future space needs dictate a move to a facility where we can consolidate operations under one roof as well as provide for expansion."
