According to the latest figures from the International Diabetes Federation, there are 382 million diabetics worldwide.
That's an increase of 10 million since just last year.
Experts say most of the people with diabetes have Type Two diabetes, which is linked to obesity and inactivity.
China has the most diabetic patients, and a third of the people in the Western Pacific are reportedly living with the disease.
An estimated 175 million people have diabetes and don't even know it.
Experts expect the number of people with diabetes to increase more than 50%, to 592 million, by 2035.
