Arroyo Grande Community Hospital will host a senior lecture to address various health care topics and provide steps community members can take to manage diseases and significantly enhance the quality of life.
Dignity Health of the Central Coast programs that will be discussed include: the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Care Management Program, the Diabetes Program, the HeartAware Evaluation Program and Osteoporosis. The Healthier Living: Your Life, Take Care Chronic Disease Workshops and the Healthy for Life Nutrition Lecture Series.
This lecture is designed to acquaint senior community members with the valuable resources that the hospital provides. Each presentation will be followed with a question and answer session. Light snacks will be offered.
The lecture will be held on March 19, 2013 in the Main Annex Conference Room at the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital located at 345 South Halcyon Road. This program will go from 3:00-4:30 P.M. Registration is required. To register, call 805-473-7662.
