A feature-length documentary showing Thursday night is helping some of man's best friends get a park.
"Always Faithful" is a documentary about some U.S. marine dog handlers who are on the front lines of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
It is showing at Park Cinemas in downtown Paso Robles at 7 p.m.
A wine-tasting reception with the film's director and one of the featured retired Marine's starts at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $15 and are available at the door.
All proceeds will go to the Sherwood Dog Park.
