Dome defeated Spinosa 6-1, 6-4. He advanced to the championship by knocking off Guy Gibilato of UCSD, Karue Sell of UCLA, Frederik Wilkens of APU and Thibaut Visy of USD.

There are individual tournaments throughout the winter before the Mustangs start the regular season on January 19.
